Start with the need you want to track

Your scope should support a decision: which customer question do you want to understand, for which brand, market and language? Define these before expanding the engine list.

Answers can vary with the engine, model, date and collection method. Broader coverage provides more observations to examine; it does not by itself establish better visibility or business results.

The base includes weekly tracking with two fresh answers per engine at each measurement. Daily tracking can be selected for some questions. The full review remains monthly, with targeted change checks between reviews. The offer is available as a pilot.

Keep comparisons interpretable

A tracked question covers a need, brand or location, market and language. Adding an engine does not use another question slot. Tracking the same need in French and English uses two slots.

Keep the questions, engines and settings used for each measurement. A missing response is not an observed absence of your brand. Changing engines can make observations difficult to compare.

Karavix measurements use available APIs. They do not reproduce every personalized conversation in consumer applications.

Turn coverage into useful action

Examine answers where important information is inaccurate or unclear. Follow the sources, check existing content and choose a focused correction. Verify the published change, then collect fresh answers to observe what changed.
