How Karavix works

Understand AI answers, choose a useful correction and deliver a report your client can verify.

What is GEO?

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of optimizing your brand to appear in AI-generated answers — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and DeepSeek.

GEO complements SEO by observing your brand in answers to questions from your market. Results vary with the question, engine and date.

Your journey, from question to deliverable

01

Confirm your brand

Check the name, website, market and language. Suggested information still needs confirmation.

02

Choose your questions and budget

Start with discovery, comparison or buying situations. Check the available engines, expected answers and cost before launching.

03

Measure and verify evidence

Follow the audit, then inspect original answers and sources. Check the detected brand’s identity; missing answers and ambiguities remain clearly identified.

04

Prepare a precise correction

Choose one of the three priorities. Link the proposal to its evidence, review its version and get it approved. Approval is not evidence of publication.

05

Deliver and observe what follows

Open the report, check its scope and export it in the selected language. Track delivery, then compare compatible measurements to observe change.

The 5 dimensions of the Vix Score

The score summarizes answers collected within a specific scope. Review the evidence and coverage before drawing a conclusion.

Citation rate

How often your brand is mentioned in AI answers.

Sentiment

The tone — positive, neutral or negative — of the context where AI cites you.

Competitive position

How you stand against competitors cited in the same answers.

Factual fidelity

Claims assessed against available reference facts. Uncertainty requires verification.

Recommendation

How actively AI engines recommend you, not just mention you.

Up to five available engines

The selection depends on the plan and configuration. The report identifies engines actually queried, the date and answers received.

Perplexity

What the result lets you conclude

An answer records an observation at a given time. A similar name does not confirm your identity, a missing answer is not zero and a score change does not prove that a correction caused it.

What about value for your business?

You can document business outcomes with their period, source and measurement method. ROI requires verifiable costs and benefits; it is never inferred from the visibility score alone.
